    Grateful to all the staff at glaven, couldn't be more helpful in any situation. Made to feel welcome and cared for every visit, good or bad, and we've had a few of both over the years of using them as our vets.

    Excellent pet care. But I felt pushed into buying medication for my dog that we didn't want. Also being asked for return visits, again not necessary. Very expensive visit.
