Greenside Regenerative Therapies & Rehabilitation

Greenside Regenerative Therapies and Rehabilitation is a specialist veterinary service based in Melrose, Scottish Borders, part of the Linnaeus group. The practice focuses on regenerative medicine for dogs and cats, alongside acupuncture, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, laser therapy, orthopaedics, physiotherapy, and behaviour work.

Led by Andy Armitage, the practice was the first in the UK to use culture-expanded mesenchymal stem cells for treating osteoarthritis in companion animals. It has treated more animals with regenerative therapies than any other UK centre and accepts referrals from across the country. The team actively publishes research in this field.
