  My 2 boys (cats) went for a health check and boosters the vet was very patient with them both. And was very thorough.

  I have had a puppy from 8 weeks old and it’s primary care was undertaken by Head and Head and when i had her i continued to use their services for continuity as wanted to take advantage of the free puppy services and for her to have the same booster vaccines. i cannot fault the care and service. i did have a bit of a scare one evening that i continued to monitor until early hours which led me to use the out of hours service. thankfully it was discussed and resolved over the phone as one down side would have meant i would have had to have travelled to Truro at 3am which wasn’t ideal. it would have been easier to see a vet in the same town as the practice. I have found the staff and vetinary nurses very pleasant and caring

  We were greeted with a warm welcome as we arrived. The vet was friendly and had a lovely calm, patient manner with my 15 month old puppy. He answered all my questions professionally and gave some great advise and suggestions going forward. He's a great addition to your practise. The receptionist were friendly, very helpful and gave advise on products. My puppy doesn't worry about coming to Head and Head as he attended puppy socialising classes last year, a great experience. I still use all the advise the practise nurses gave me. Well done everyone, all round service from a friendly, local practise.
