  This Practise is so warm and welcoming from the minute you step into the reception and their brilliant staff, that were just so lovely. We didnt have to wait more than a couple of minutes before we met the Vet, Joanne, what a lovely, caring lady she is. She fully understood our concerns about our beautiful Ragdoll, Boris, she explained everything clearly as well as giving us a complete explanation as to what will happen next in the next appointment. We could not be happier and already Ive highly recommended a friend who has a kitten, to go to this Practise with her kitten. I am so pleased that we were lucky enough to find this Practise only about a 4 minute drive from our home. Many thanks to all the staff for making this visit as stress free as possible.

  I've been a Heath Vets customer for years, but the quality has nosedived in the last year or so. Things like: not taking bookings properly and so I bring my cat to the practice to be told my booking wasn't booked properly and so I have to return another time; booking a check-up and a wellness check at the same time but they forget to do the latter; having one member of staff tell me that I can have two procedures booked on one day, only for another member of staff to tell me I can't... I'm genuinely considering changing vets at this point.
