We were extremely concerned about our young tortoise and as soon as we reached out to Henlow Vets we were reassured that he would be triaged and seen as soon as possible. We weren’t a member, and within 5 minutes of walking through the door our tortoise was being seen to. The receptionists were great and the vet was outstanding, very calm, compassionate and professional, able to answer any questions we had. A very sincere thank you to the whole team for their help.
