Usually great groomers for my big breed dog, a while back 3 grooms ago it was agreed by the vet on site at this groomers to shave my double coat dog due to mistreated previously as she was a rescue and this caused her fur to grow badly ingrow matt very bad cause her pain and being 8 now struggled walking at times, she was booked in for her usual so by now a full shave which also is slightly cheaper as quicker now not having a full deshed of the undercoat she came out stil matted full coat and also not shaved yet paid the higher price which isn’t usually what we pay! Contacted the groomers and owner and it seems very much money based on this offer a slight discount but not refund of even a offer to shave her even willing to swallow the fact I’d paid more in the first place constant delayed between contact via email with them and phone calls trying to resolve this issue and given them time but yet still here weeks later even seen a separate groomer and showed pictures time stamped showing lots of matting misssed and poorly groomed over all who agrees this is very bodge job! Let alone the fact not what her usual was and what was asked to be done! I have all pictures screen shots with names of every groomer who replied messaged and CONFIRMED in writing on the messages having her usual SHAVE not deshed as was agreed to just shave from now due to her struggling age etc a excuse was made that it was harder to shave her legs now which again have proof and a phone call (due to calling on recorded work phone) confirming her apt as I forgotten the date and they confirmed doing her usual full shave on that call! So not only pictures screen shots and a voice call all proving this and these issues are still unwilling to put things right or correct these issues! Even if a mix up which I find hard as two separate ladies the names are under the messages they write and replied to each time fine but it does not excuse this nor the fact it was put and in writing confirmed a usual shave which was NOT done they seem very unbothered not to mention knowing the fact she struggles with the matting and fur including the matting they did not sort in the first place hence the shave in the first place and still taking just as long to reply or even do anything about this what so ever shows money is more important over well being of animals in my option even if just a simple mix up which again not my fault in this nor my dogs and should be corrected maybe less time on the social media the would be able to respond to my concerns and upset but yet to get very far! Currently waiting on a reply back as it stands. I held off reviews as I like to be fair but it’s been weeks and nowhere close to resolving this going to social media and sharing awareness will be my next step on review with pictures time stamps the names of who said what etc to prove this is not a confusion it’s very easy and clear to see what was suppose to happen and then confirming this to not following through at all and what’s worse still being matted and poorly groomed! To then the owner offering very little % off another groom with them in future .. As this may get a response faster due to them always being online there but not willing to officially email back accordingly. All iv asked is my dog to be groomed how it was agreed and paid for yet this seems money again more valuable to the than loyal customers or well being of animals
