  First visit to Horizon today for vaccination boosters with my five year old cockapoo... Over the years we have been to every vets in Newport, they have mostly been ok, but that's just it, they have just been ok! Horizon Vets today were exceptional in every respect, from Phillipa on reception to Emma the vet, they were none other than super pleasant and professional, they didn't rush us, they explained everything in detail and most importantly for me, they treated my dog with kindness from start to finish. So in summary, amazing service, by far the best vets in Newport, we certainly won't be going anywhere else for our veterinary requirements 👍🐕‍🦺

  Since registering with Horizon vets Newport Spytty retail they have been amazing the staff are so welcoming. Having taken my cat buddy there for treatment to have his teeth removed the vet Tracey has been amazing. Explaining everything about the procedure to aftercare. Very reasonable pricing I would definitely recommend them. Thank you horizon vets

  An amazing experience. We had to take the very sad decision to have our dog Scruff put to sleep and Horizon Vets were absolutely amazing with both Scruff and ourselves. Not an easy thing for any animal lover to have to do but Horizon were compassionate, reassured us that this was the final gift we could give him. They did not rush us , they explained the whole procedure and were very attentive. The room was very calming abd the staff were just amazing. A few days after we received a lovely card in the post. I cannot recommend Horizon Vets enough. I will move my younger dog to them immediately. Thank you so much to all of you.
