After being very worried about my cat, I saw Karen this afternoon and walked away absolutely beaming and feeling very well supported with the plan she has put in place to help him. Karen was extremely knowledgeable, warm and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody.

The only vet that does house visits in Saffron Walden area. I couldn’t get my large GSD Logan to my usual vets and discovered Independent Pet Clinics. Karen attended the same day and visits once a month and carries out a full physical and mental examination with gentle comforting care. The appropriate medication is administered in order to make comfortable Logan who is 16 years old. Excellent advice, also, given to me as to caring for Logan in his advanced years. It’s comforting and now no stress for me knowing that Karen will attend and I haven’t got that worry of how to get Logan to a vet. A thank you, also, to Karen’s partner and the receptionist.

If there was an10 star option it still wouldn't be enough! Took my big girl Bella in today as an emergency she got a very sudden bad ear infection, not only were we seen almost as soon as we arrived the lady working on the desk was so lovely and incredibly helpful. Karen the vet what can I say she was amazing with Bella, she used to be nervous of the vets but she was so relaxed and happy during and after being seen. Karen have us different options of how to treat the ear and gave fully transparent pricing and the prices there are amazing and affordable! She is also now signed up to the care plan which again is soooo affordable and dynamic with what is included in the monthly costs. We are already looking forward to returning for her recheck in 10 days. Thank you so very much for everything today.
