Lovely vet practice , vet was very good examining our cat , listened to what I had to say, explained things well. Even carried Seb and cat carrier out to my car.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved cat this evening, and we can’t thank the team at Inglis Vets enough for the compassion and care they showed us. When I called to see about getting her seen, I was told there would be a £320 consultation fee as it was out of hours - despite what some other reviews may say, I didn’t find this unreasonable at all. I would have paid ten times that if it meant our girl could be treated and no longer in pain. In the end, we were only charged for the euthanasia procedure, and the consultation fee was kindly waived. The vet we saw was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. She talked us through everything with such compassion, taking her time with us and never rushing anything. We were given time alone to say goodbye to our sweet girl, and everything was handled with so much dignity and care. All the staff we spoke to, including the lovely cleaner who spoke so kindly to my husband were so thoughtful and sympathetic. They all helped make an unbearable moment just a little more bearable. Thank you, Inglis Vets, for your kindness and for treating our cat with such love and respect in her final moments.

This is the best vet practice I've ever experienced. My dogs rush through the door and try to jump up onto the examination table. I was particularly impressed when one of them needed surgery and when I dropped him off I explained that he gets separation anxiety and the nurse kept him with her until he went into surgery.
