Wouldn’t take my rats anywhere else, Dr Mehmet is so confident with my boys, is always excited to see them and greets them with smiles and cuddles. It’s so important as an exotic pet owner to have somebody who is knowledgeable in the field and works with them with confidence. Hopefully Robin is on the mend now!

We recently visited this clinic with our 18-year-old cat, Myszka. Last week she had been attacked by two local cats, leaving her with a bitten ear and feeling very unwell. Today we received such kind, professional, and thorough care from the team. The diagnosis and treatment were explained clearly, and we truly felt that Myszka was in safe hands. We are very grateful for the compassion and attention shown to her. Highly recommended!

Took our snake beelzebub to this vets, absolutely amazing service, incredible support and super kind. Our snake was really quite poorly when we first took her, I really didn't think she was going to make it. The vet was amazing and taught us how to basically save our snakes life. I'm pleased to say that just under 3 months later she is thriving! I recommend to any pet owners and specifically the exotic pet veterinarian! We now have our bearded dragon registered and we will also be registering our furry companions as well! Worth every penny A further update.... we sadly lost our cat 'spot' earlier this year. He suddenly became gravely poorly and was crying in pain. I called Jaqui's knowing he was dying. Although they had no spaces, they agreed to let us bring him in. He wasnt even registered with jacqui's but they welcomed him in and made his last moments as relaxed and pain free for him as possible. In addition to that, the vet and nurse were so kind and empathetic, my partner was in pieces and they really did everything they could to help her in that awful moment. You can tell that the staff here are emotionally invested in their clients and their furrbabies!! Recommended as the best vets I've ever known!!!
