Moved to Kibbles a few months ago following dissatisfaction of a main chain practice. Just walking into the surgery and seeing staff “fur babies” just amplifies the love of our precious fur babies. They really really care and don’t just see you as a walking pound sign and a “profit opportunity”. Firstly our Cocker Spaniel “Cindy” to be registered, followed by our three Feline Fur Babies - “Magic”, “Angel” and “Katie”. They truly are phenomenal quality and I can only wish that this style of Animal Care spreads like a brush fire across their industry. Our recent visit was an extremely sad situation. Our “Katie” was diagnosed by the Veterinary Surgeon as having a non recoverable Tumour in her Jaw. Couldn’t eat and in extreme distress. We took the grave decision to end her pain and suffering. This morning, we attended and were led into their special care space. I was immediately staggered as to the efforts made to allow owners to have time to say their goodbyes. A beautiful Full Wall Mural of “The Rainbow Bridge”. The Surgeon “Alex” talked us through the procedure in a non scripted manner. So incredibly well handled. Following this tragic and painful loss we were given the choice to leave by a private door. We opted for this. Upon visiting the Surgery late this afternoon, I settled our account. I was given a little bag to take away. Upon arriving home I found probably the most beautiful gift for my Wife. A hugely well thought out card with a Paw and Nose print and a few clippings of our “Katie”s hair. This was just so so special, heartfelt and beautiful. To the team at Kibbles - Take a look at yourselves in a mirror - feel fabulous and proud to be a part of what us “Fur Baby” lovers need . . . . . LOVE AND SPECIAL CARE . . . ❤️❤️❤️

We had recently moved to the area so hadn't even registered at a vet when our cat came home with a long, deep slash wound on his stomach. We called Kibbles in an absolute panic. They got us registered over the phone and within the hour we were in their waiting room, booked in and ready to be seen. The vet was attentive and kind, which i was so grateful for because I was a mess. On the way out even the reception staff were amazing. Answered all our questions regarding pet insurance and made me feel supported. When we first called Kibbles about our injured cat, it was 2:40pm. By 5:10pm they calling for us to pick him up. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get him back to us. All stitched up and sent home with medications to aid his healing. I'm glad to say he's healing well and I credit it all to the wonderful staff at Kibbles. I can't thank them enough. I must also mention they have a separate cat waiting area and even a coffee machine. What's not to love?!

The 1 star is given for the ex White Cross Vet staff who remain fantastic. If the "no consultation fee" seems too good to be true, that’s because it is. I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at Kibbles Vets. There are serious issues with transparency, communication, and overall standards of care. During a recent visit, I showed the vet the lubricant I currently use, which costs £9.95 online. I was told they had a “cheaper” option, but no price was given and no clarification was offered. When I collected the medication, I discovered I’d been given one costing £46. The exact same gel costs £11.99 online MAXIMUM. Their website and T&Cs also do not clearly state that they charge a £24 prescription fee PER ITEM, yet this was added without explanation. On top of my own experience, a friend’s dog who had undergone hip surgery at Kibbles was left sitting in his own urine after the procedure, resulting in painful urine burns across his testicles. Hearing this only reinforced my concerns about the standard of post-operative care at this practice. When I raised my issues, the response I received felt dismissive and failed to properly acknowledge the problems. Between unclear pricing, unexpected charges, concerning aftercare experiences and miss-selling, I no longer feel confident trusting Kibbles with my pets wellbeing. I was dismissed by them stating "please tell us which practice you are moving too and we will send your pets details". Just for daring too ask if I can return the miss sold item. I would strongly advise anyone considering this practice to ask for all prices upfront, question every charge before leaving, and carefully monitor the care provided. Bill added to pictures to show they charge £55.40 for flea treatment without kibbles club. In what world is flea treatment £55. All 4 dogs now back with White Cross Vets. I'd rather pay double than trust these people with my babies
