I have no issues with the practice staff but beware of how the company deals with their human clients. My dog went missing in August and was found dead in a field two months later. When I phone Kingfisher to enquire about cremation the person I spoke to did not offer a single word of condolence. And this was where the nightmare became worse. Since then I have received numerous phone calls telling me amongst other issues that they had confirmed with an insurance company that my dog was indeed dead. When they disconnect the call if you don’t answer asap the person at the end of the phone disputes they rang you at all. A text asking you to call follows within a minute. This mode of dealing with a grieving pet owner is appalling. Clearly this business of four practices needs to get their act together before more owners become caught up in a never ending nightmare.

The locum vet was clearly incompetent as his examination of the cat failed to notice that the cat had a bad infestation of fleas!!! I was away at the time and relying on someone else to care for the cat. After the visit, they noticed the fleas and gave the cat a treatment but not before he has lost a large area of hair. I would have noticed the fleas, had I been home, but the vet didn't! Really basic clinical examination should have checked for fleas. Terrible ;ack of service for which I have had to pay! I will be seeking compensation
