Our first visit to the hospital today with our beautiful girl Charm. I can’t praise the vet, Kate and the student vets, nurse and receptionists enough! So thorough, explained everything to us in terms we understood, and were so kind to our dog, we have decisions to make and Kate assured us she will be there for us and help us with whatever we choose to do! My wife and I took our Cavvy “ Trev” to have an examination at the neurology department today , what AMAZING care he received , he is a really anxious little soul and he was treated with so much kindness and patience from everyone at the practice ! Massive thank you from us for all the patience and love and care you showed Trev today , he’s home safe and sound and fast asleep , all good and nothing major found which was the icing on the cake !

I used Langford vets emergency ooh service last weekend as my 13 year old rabbit needed to be put to sleep.
