The care at the vet was okay; I have no comparison, but a few days later, the receptionist called me and asked out of the blue, "Can I take payment?" Of course, I'd paid for the entire service at the front desk after the appointment, so I was confused because the receptionist didn't explain the reason for the call, didn't explain what payment was for what, and why. I asked, and she said I'd been undercharged for the medication. I asked for the receipt, which she sent me by email. It turned out I'd been charged incorrectly, so I paid over the phone. She never apologized for their mistake which she should as it is a normal human behaviour, and a must if you run a business, and didn't handle the phone call professionally. Besides, being at the practice itself is absolutely awful because they keep slamming doors, literally constantly, and they're not normal doors. They slam really loudly, which is unpleasant, stressing and actually potentially might damage your hearing.

I have to thank everyone at Larwood and Kennedy. They advised me for the last few years concerning my adopted cat. She was a gentle, affectionate girl, always chatting and nudging you with her head. But her time had come, and with very sensitive help from all the staff, they helped me through that process. I can not imagine dealing with a better team and my warm thanks goes out to everyone there.

Super helpful today when I was running low on a supplement for my cat, despite me never having spoken to the practice before; they were very kind and quick to resolve the problem. Thank you.
