Its been 16 days since my beautiful boy zero needed to cross the rainbow bridge. I contacted Carlos just before christmas as zero 8.5 year old a gorgeous st bernard( who developed reactivness) and spoke to carols who reassured me he was still able to help when the time came for us to use his incredible help my boy pass at home with us and not even realising that Carlos was there. Carlos is an incredible person with a big heart & something special to help families with the help and support he so lovingly gives his role. Carlos was informative , he went through everything step by step of what happens or how it could happen. He is caring, thoughtful and kind..he wasnt pushy or intrusive on an incredibly difficult and highly emotional moments of our lives. Thank you so much Carlos.
