On first ever visit vet called my dog a pest as he had sprayed on the wall. Moving on to attempting to get my dogs necessary medication over the festive period was nothing but stressful. Place closed with no communication via fb or website. Answering machine had messages - one saying they were open (they were not, i was sitting outside) and the other on a different day saying an agent would be with me soon - they were still closed. On finally getting them open and advising, calmly and respectfully, how difficult it was to find out when they were finally open was met with just a shrug. I tried to pay with cash (£50 note) and was told they couldn't give ne change. I came back with change and advised them on the misleading answer machine messages whereby the reception girl got extremely defensive and eventually said "do your want your dog's medication or not"!!! Absolutely despicable behaviour and zero customer service from start to finish. They obviously do not like or accept any criticism. Will never go back. Do not sign up with them. If that's how they treat the owners, lord knows how they treat your precious pets when you're not there. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Such a great little vet practice! We brought our cat Theo in today after he had a strange lesion appear on his eye and we were extremely impressed with the high quality care given to our boy. As cat groomers we admit to being quite picky about vets as we have found that many aren’t confident with cat handling but we were so delighted with Rhona’s expertise and knowledge about cats - especially with specific breeds, which many practices we have been to seem to neglect. It was refreshing to see our boy handled in a gentle & skilled manner and recieve advice specific to his breed & unique needs from someone who clearly cares very much about her work. We felt very reassured & she really took the time to explain everything and answer our questions, while giving lots of attention to our boy. She is visibly an excellent vet & we are so glad to have found someone who understands cats! Theo was referred to a specialist ophthalmology team and this was followed up on the same day. Thank you Rhona! Will definitely be recommending this practice to our kitty clients🐱
