Great experience with Luna. I first took my whippet at the end of January for a dental procedure, the blood test completed in house showed some abnormalities in his blood meaning the procedure was unable to go ahead as planned that day. The Vet rang me and explained throughly what they had found in the blood tests and the next steps. Following tests at my primary vets, we returned a few weeks later to continue as planned and the procedure went smoothly. I commend the nurses and vets at Luna for being so willing to work collaboratively with my primary vet to ensure my dog had the best care possible. I have spoken in clinic and over the phone with Paige quite a few times and she is so patient, kind and knowledgeable, she really takes time to explain and offer support. Being a high risk patient I was worried about my dogs procedure but I was kept updated throughout the day and have received an aftercare call and follow up appointment. This really shows that they care about my animals wellbeing. He has to return at a later date to have a few more teeth taken care of, but I have no doubts he is in the safest of hands.

Both of my cats have now had dentals at Luna. Freya had FORL and needed a really extensive dental with all of her remaining teeth removed, including canines. She had some post op complications including an infection, but the staff at Luna gave us so many post op checks for no extra charge. They kept to the price quoted, despite running over time-wise, which was very appreciated. My other cat is spicey with a record of biting vets, and has reacted poorly under anaesthetic previously (nearly dying). The staff at Luna were great - we discussed pre med options to keep her stress down, I felt relaxed knowing the staff to admitted pets ratio, and the monitoring during anaethetic is of incredibly high standard. Rosie had 18 extractions with Luna including 12 broken incisor roots which weren't visible without the x-ray. She was given precautionary antiobiotics which I was grateful for, and we agreed post ops by phone given how stressed she is with being transported to the vets. I didn't receive the second post op phone call, but based on my experience with my other cat, I knew I could visit, phone or WhatsApp if I did have any concerns (I didn't). Rosie is back to inhaling her food like a dyson vacuum. I would recommend Luna to everyone with a pet. Their pricing is fair, their equipment is high quality and their staff seem incredible. Freya has recently had a visit to her regular vet for something else and they've asked who had done her dental work as it's great quality (I have no idea how they tell this when she has no teeth left - I presume they mean the gums have no signs of trauma!)

We had a great experience with this veterinary dental clinic. Both of my dogs underwent dental surgery, and everything went very well from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, caring, and attentive, which gave us a lot of confidence. The procedures were clearly explained, and the recovery went smoothly. The price was fair and reasonable for the quality of care provided. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary dentist.
