The best pet care ever! Our dog had emergency surgery, care was amazing and after care even better. She is back to normal after two weeks. Amazing care

5 months agoVery poor vet. Spent thousands over the years and I absolutely believe profit is their priority over standard of service. Only 1 vet out of 6 ever explained any costs during the appointment, most just go ahead and then you find out the price at the reception. We had multiple conditions undiagnosed after thousands spent. They also made so many mistakes with billing, always in their favour (charging us double the quoted price ‘accidentally’) I have waited 6 months to leave this review until we settle at a new vet and make sure we’re not the problem. However since moving I’ve been delighted with our service and transparency from the new team. Really gutted we spent so long with Mackie & Brechin.
