  Mauro helped us with a reactive, and anxious small breed dog after being referred by our vet. Mauro's service is very personalised, and the consultation and following advice is comprehensive and detailed. We felt very listened to, and the conversation was informative. Importantly, our dog is happier. Mauro helped us understand what is driving his problem behaviours, and how we can therefore help our dog. Much of the subsequent progress will depend on you and your commitment. I wish I had been in touch with Mauro sooner, as many assumptions I had were wrong, and some of the things I thought would help our dog, possibly made him worse, before I understood dog behaviours, emotions and triggers better.

  I would highly recommend Mauro. From initial in person and online consultations to follow up advice and longer term support, he has helped us hugely with the anxiety issues that our dog has. He is friendly and approachable, with expert knowledge that has helped us support our dog. He took the time to understand the needs of our dog and provided clear strategies that have really helped her, including liaising with our vet, and helping us source scarce medication. Highly recommend for anyone facing similar issues, or with other concerns about their pets behaviour.
