Care from start to finish was excellent. The team were calm, reassuring and clearly explained the procedure and aftercare, which made the whole experience far less stressful. Both Ollie and Alfie were well looked after, recovered smoothly and any questions we had were answered clearly and promptly. I have 4 cats. It was very easy to book through the phone. 1 of my girls was spayed and the service during and after procedure was excellent so far. Staff is very friendly and welcome. Their care plan pack is very good. As I have some mobility issues I am very happy with the parking spaces, also. Now, 1 Year after I did write the above comment, my 2 girl cats have been spayed and the boys castrated. I still very happy with them. All the staff are excellent and care greatly for the wellbeing of our 4 legged family. If you are looking for a vet, look no more. Contact them and register your beloved pets with them.
