I recently took my cats to this veterinary clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind and attentive, and Melody was simply wonderful with our cat who had a nail issue. She made both our cat and us feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets!

I had a very disappointing experience today. I booked an appointment a few days in advance for my cat’s rabies vaccination and did not receive any reminder message like they always do, so I arrived at the time I had noted when booking. When I got there, the premises were under renovation — something that was never mentioned during the phone call. I was told to call upon arrival and then wait in a separate room with loud construction noise, which was already stressful for my cat. After waiting, I was informed that I was “an hour late” and that they would not honour the appointment. Even if that were the case, I have always arrived early for previous appointments and have often been kept waiting an extra 15–20 minutes, as many customers are. With no reminder or clear communication provided, there was no way for me to verify the time. I was then asked to leave and ended up standing outside in heavy rain with my cat while waiting for transport home. There were several other people also waiting outside because we don’t all have the privilege of sitting in a car during situations like this. This was a stressful and upsetting experience, and it felt like there was very little consideration for either the pets or their owners. Clear communication, basic organisation, and a bit of empathy would have made a huge difference. I hope in the future customers are given proper notice about disruptions and treated with more understanding. Complete waste of money and time, and my cat ended up being wet from the rain even if I tried to cover her as much as I could.

If you love your pet, I strongly recommend not taking it Saint Leonards Medivet. My cat I care for deeply has been showing signs of stress and has been struggling to breathe through his nose, as well as not eating much and being very lethargic. I knew something was wrong and that it wasnt a cat cold after him showing these signs and symptoms for over 3 months now. A common cat cold lasts around a week. I took him to this practice and veterinarian Helena was very gentle with him but didnt do a good job at assessing the problem with him. She took his temperature and stated he didnt have one. She checked his nose and other areas and stated he was fine when he isnt. She diagnosed him as having a cat cold even though his symptoms were not that of a cat cold. She then said that he should take anti-inflammatorys which makes no sense since she said he was fine. She didnt tell me how much they would cost, she simply went to get them and gave me the directions on how to give them to him. I was very surprised at this as I assumed the medicines would be cheap since she made no mention of their price. She then swiftly left the room and the receptionist came in and pointed a card machine at me and charged me a very, very high amount. I was confused, thinking that the already very expensive appointment fee must have gone up, I was wrong. When she took payment the vet came back in and sent me on my way. Ive read many reviews of this practice and some of them are shocking. I read one poor womans review about how she took her cat in for a check up and they suggested that he take worm medicine even though he didnt need any and the cat shortly died afterwards when they returned home due to a bad reaction to it. This practice will treat you with a big smile and act like they know what theyre doing when in reality it seems the majority of them, if not all of them, are HIGHLY untrained. They will be sneaky and do their best to make you pay for things you dont need while at the same time not properly assessing your pets problems. Some reviews are good, but I even wonder how many are real and not fake accounts. I wont be taking my furry little friend back there again and I strongly recommend you dont go there either. Seems like all they really care about is money. Tragic.
