This location is *not* open 24 hours like it says on here. I called up this vet and was told I could bring my cat in, got a taxi here and it was closed. They dont tell you on the phone that they divert their calls to another branch in richmond so thats actually where you need to bring your pet. Wasted £20 on an uber because of them not mentioning this, and now I am sat on the floor with my poor cat who is stressed as hell trying to get another uber.

I’ve been going to this vet for years. A friendly and caring team. They always go out of their way to help and support my cat’s needs. With one at 21 and one at 16 it’s very much appreciated. 😻😻

Very caring and professional Vetinary. I felt very assured to get the best advice and care for my two German Shepherds and my Persian cat. No pressure selling of products / services just good honest advice. Very flexible and they even do home visits for when your pet cannot come out if they are too sick to travel.
