Absolutely horrible experience for us as owners and our rescue. Staff were very rude and I am unsatisfied that they are qualified to do this job as they did not respect our pup or us. Our pup was very roughly handled with no respect. We were going to pay for our visit but was cut off by receptionist halfway through being served and they served another customer while I was talking to them. Overall I would recommend from my experience do not use this practice and have a look in Calne or beyond. One good one I would highly recommend is chalk lands calne.

Always Receive Fantastic Service. My trio have been seeing Trixie who has treated two of my trio with Acupuncture. The treatments are pain free and have superb results. Definitely my ‘Go to’ clinic for Alternative Therapy. Trixie is an ‘above and beyond’ professional, which is a rare find these days. Front of house staff are all fantastic too. Grace (a BC) is one very welcoming part of the team. 👍🏻

Lovely atmosphere, with equally lovely staff. My cat receives excellent care, Despite protesting in the car all the way there, he becomes very chilled, due to the calming nature of the vet.
