Medivet dont like big dogs in fact the vets are scared of them rediculous. My dog is clever and has learned how to take muzzles off there fore vet was to scared to give her a booster even though my dog is not aggresive . eventually they gave my dog a booster in reception area (she didnt even feel it) no wellfare check no weighing my dog and charged me 57 pounds shurley vets are trained to handle big dogs and if not why not its there preffesion so wont be using this medivets anymore even though my dog has been going there for 4 years . Ithink this is very bad and iam not happy.

The team at Medivet Bretton are always very helpful and caring. It's super easy to get an appointment and the monthly Health Plan means I'm not faced with nasty bills. They also send plenty of texts to remind me about vaccinations and flea/worming so I never forget.

Well organised front of desk, all staff are polite, friendly and efficient. All major credit cards are accepted (inc AMEX). Feliways are plugged in everywhere which was great to see, I especially liked the sectioned off dedicated waiting area for smaller pets and the rack/shelving for customers to be able to put their carriers on high off the ground and they also have blankets to cover over the carriers to help manage stress levels for felines and other smaller pets. Treatment rooms are a generous size. The gravel car park could be improved - when it rains it is muddy, uneven and has potholes!
