Medivet were there for us when we needed them most. Our dog was very old and the time had come to put her to sleep, we rang medivet and they were very professional but really kind and booked us in. Unfortunately our dog passed away in the car on our way to the appointment but medivet still took her in to make sure, and very thoughtfully took some paw prints, a nose print and a lock of her hair for us. Thank you to the receptionist and vet for helping us when we needed it.
