Such a lovely practise both sandy and biggleswade, nothing is ever to much trouble! Olaf is loved by all the members of staff asif he were their own he purs when he comes and allows theo to cradle him like a baby uts so wonderful. I love how there is. Health care plan which is fairly priced with wonderful benefits and extras. My reminders for olafs flea worming and check ups are so helpful and the reception team are always so accommodating and welcoming. I know olaf always gets the best treatment and care when we visit and during his neutering operation. Thank you x

Theo is a superb vet and a very caring man, who has built a team of top class, animal oriented, vets around him. My wife and I have the utmost confidence in, the knowledge, experience, skills and capabilities of all three vets, Theo, Maitane and Gian Marco. The support staff are also efficient, caring and kind, most especially Sally at the Sandy surgery, where I mostly attend. The equipment and facilities are excellent. I have never failed to get attention and treatment for my animals in a satisfactory time frame. For all of these reasons and, my mantra from my professional selling career that, 'people, buy and sell, from and to, people', I will continue to buy the services supplied by the people of whom I have the greatest respect and affection, and who satisfy my needs. Thanks for a truly fabulous team.

Excellent care and understanding, you can normally see a vet who knows your pet and wants to do their best for them. I have a personal preference but I won't post the name so I can continue to get appointments when necessary! Thank you for the service you provide, it may not be cheap but it is first class!
