    Very friendly, professional. More expensive than some vets but our dogs are more than happy being seen by the staff. Helpful re appointments . We go to both Braintree and Coggeshall branches

    Pointless vets. Open two times a week for a few hours and can’t get simple medication, expecting me to pay out for a consult at Coggeshall and another one at Braintree just to get that medication. Unless it’s for something absolutely minor there’s no point using this practice.

    I love our vet! They're great people. Even phoned me once when they saw someone who wasn't me walking past with my dog. They really care about their clients and pets
