We have been to Mi night twice in the last week as our lovely cat rapidly declined in health . I can’t praise the staff enough . I know there must be times where there are lots of emergencies going on simultaneously and we’d are thankful that both times our cat Snowy and ourselves were treated each time with care and compassion and given time to ask questions and ponder on treatment. It meant so much having had positive experiences both over the phone and face to face when the tough decision had to be made by us for him to be put to sleep. Billy the vet was so kind all through the time we had and although sad it really really helped to have such a supportive person in the room . Thank you Mi Night for giving us a few more days with our boy and being so very kind when the time was clear.

I was on the phone 3 times tonight (10-11 June) with the woman on call, I was so worried about my dog I can’t remember her name, but she was the kindest and most helpful she could possibly have been. I was so fussy and worried and she took all my concerns seriously, gave me amazing advice and was so gentle. Just being on the phone with her calmed me down honestly. If you have to consult an emergency vet (knock on wood that you don’t), I hope you get someone like her.

We arrived in a panic with a dog with sudden paralysis. At all times we were looked after with care compassion and professionalism. Alyssa did her very best for our dog. Options were explained and we were given time. A nurse who unfortunately I missed her name, sat and stroked our dog for nearly 2 hours and then spent some time sitting with us and helped us process what was happening. Its hard losing a loved dog but caring professionals soften the blow. Thank you
