6 months agoMy pets are always in good hands at the Forres branch with the caring, knowledgeable staff. I like that I am able to send messages requesting medication etc via the pet app. I've been able to receive emergency care for my pets out of hours. I highly recommend this vet group.

6 months agoI'll never forgive this clinic in Forres for not letting me be with my dog when she was anesthetized for her exploratory surgery during which she was euthanized with my consent after a phone call. She was there without me for one night and one morning probably feeling I had abandoned her, and then she died. In these circumstances, when a weak dog (or cat) likely has advanced cancer and goes into an exploratory surgery we should feel free to be with them in the last seconds before they close their eyes in the surgery room. It's cruel not to give us that option. After all these years I'm still riddled with guilt and I avoid that road. Finally said it..
