Hazel an initial appointment which was extremely stressful and left me with some many unknowns. A further visit was so much better and had amazing support, followed by excellent aftercare. The vet that operated was fantastic. Don't always go off one experience as overall I would definitely recommend. 💯

We're so grateful to the Nene vet clinic team today. Our dog, Mia, had a very traumatic experience with pregnancy, sadly losing two puppies and ending up needing urgent surgery. The team was so professional and supportive throughout, explaining everything clearly, including post-operative care and medication. We are incredibly thankful a specially to Loredana Carani, Zoe Hill, Nikita and Liz for saving our girl. You are the best.

I'm writing to share my concerns about the care my cat received during our recent visit. Unfortunately, I felt that the veterinarian didn't seem to care about my pet and treated it like just a business transaction. It felt like she was more focused on the bill than on my cat's health. There was little warmth or compassion, which was disappointing. After the consultation, I had to ask what I should feed my cat and what I should do next, as I left feeling confused. The vet kept saying that my cat might vomit again after one day, which made me worried. I mentioned that I thought I might need to change her food since she is getting older, but the vet didn’t really respond to that. I decided to change her food anyway, and guess what? My cat stopped vomiting! I do want to mention that the receptionist was very friendly and professional, but sadly, the medical care was not what I expected. It's upsetting that such a crucial job does not always prioritise the well-being of animals. I've had a great vet in the past who truly cared for my pet, and I wish I could have received that same level of care at your clinic.
