4 months agoMaybe I'm unlucky, or maybe this place has been recently taken over, but every single interaction I've had with this vets has been problematic. Mistake after mistake, incorrect medicines given, attempts to upsell teeth x-ray's when I brought my kitten in with infected eyes, never calling back, don't reply to emails. They are completely incompetent. Unfortunately I'm contracted into an agreement so I cannot change vets without paying a penalty apparently. Still waiting for the correct flea treatment to be dispensed (11 days so far) absolute joke of an establishment. Avoid at all costs.
