A BIG THANK YOU to you all for looking after our dear Springer Darcy. The kind, friendly reception staff. All excellent, especially Peter for his on-going marvellous care & help, BRILLIANT vet. Also to Graham who came to put Darcy 'to sleep' last Tuesday, he treated him & us with empathy, care & compassion. He was so kind exactly what we needed. Thank you. The Brownett family.

I have been with Newton Clarke vets for over 10 years for care of my 2 whippets. When it came to say goodbye to my 14 year old whippet, Elvis, at home sadly Elvis received a below par service, as a client I was mortified and deeply saddened at the experience. I gave feedback and was assured by the practice owner no other client would experience the passing of a dearly beloved pet again like me. Shortly after I receive a call to collect my dogs ashes, I do this and the receptionist hands the bag over the counter to me with no words at all. That was the final straw for me after giving feedback and hoping they learnt from an appalling un empathetic experience putting my beloved boy to sleep this was the final straw. Clearly this practice will take a lot of your money when your pets are alive but do not give an inch of care when they are passed. I gave ample opportunity before posting this to give feedback and training on empathy and the loss of pets, nothing clearly was learned.

I am writing to thank you for the exceptional care you provided for my cat. I initially thought she had a jaw dislocation, but your vet's thorough examination correctly identified it as a dental problem. I was so impressed by the vet's expertise and the gentle, patient manner in which the situation was handled. The entire team was kind and helpful. My cat is now on the road to recovery, thanks to you. We are so grateful!
