  We brought our cat to this small independent vet clinic today, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The consultation went perfectly — everything was explained clearly, and I could feel how much they truly care about their patients and owners. This is a young clinic, just starting to grow, but you can see their passion and dedication. Prices are very reasonable, and everything feels honest and fair — nothing like the impersonal corporate chains. I will definitely be using their services again. I also want to encourage everyone to support small independent businesses like this. Right now, it’s so important to help these local, passionate teams thrive instead of giving your money to big franchises. Supporting them really makes a difference! Thank you so much!

  Would highly recommend! Babiker and team couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The care and advice given has been excellent. The consultation was so informative - everything was explained in detail including treatment pricing. We left feeling really happy with the treatment options and the follow-up that was suggested. Nothing was rushed. We felt listened to and that our pet's health is in very safe hands. Thank you so much. Amazing service!

  Most other veterinary practices I've found locally have been full of awful, know it all, reception staff who don’t listen and make things confusing and complicated when having many pets. Idris and his small team have so far been concise, listened so carefully to each of my pets issues and haven’t mixed up which each needs help with. For me this is a miracle. No other vets has ever done this and other vets have made making an appointment and the appointment themselves, a very uncomfortable experience for me. Idris and his team do not have the big egos like the other practices and so much more friendly and easy going and so much more ‘me’. I feel heard, validated and utterly grateful to find this small, friendly, basic but just perfect practice. They are all good people. Decent human beings, not jobs worths like elsewhere in area. I’m mildly dyslexic so when describing the different problems, to explain over the phone and then receive an email shows they have understood me perfectly. No mistakes. No mixing up each cat. I swear, it’s like perfection for me to read an email that’s made no mistakes with what I told them. Making an appointment is so simple. I can’t say enough good things to convey how relieved I feel to discover them.
