  My cat was seriously ill they did everything they could with empathy. Kindness they show to anxious pet owners with there sick animals is appreciable.

  Both my puppies luna snd sky had their 2nd vaccinations there no problem staff friendly and very welcoming to my puppsters thank you x

  I cannot recommend Orchard Vets enough. My cat is particularly anxious when she visits, needless to say she lives up to her ‘naughty tortie’ label but the staff in particular Jo have shown nothing but patience with her. I have used Orchard for many years and would not dream of going elsewhere. The staff from first contact with the friendly reception staff through to the vet nurses and vets is always a friendly but professional service. I always feel that myself and my cats have been treated as individuals and not just another patient. I am appreciate that they will deal with the insurance company directly and also love that they have cat friendly waiting areas. I have been using Orchard for many many years needless to say if I was unhappy I would go elsewhere.
