Reception staff are warm and welcoming. The vet was so kind and understanding of my dog ,who is not the easiest to deal with.,i was told what each treatment would cost and if there was a less expensive option. I would definitely recommend this practice ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I was seen at very short notice, or should I say my lovely cat was, times are difficult, as it for a lot of people, they treated ella so well, answered all my concerns fully i was also given 30 days to settle the bill, which is very rare these days, i know i phoned around, so thank you orchard for being there when needed and for being understanding, so rare in vets these days excellent

I have been with Orchard Vets for both my westies since moving back to Hampshire at the end of 2022. Harry, unfortunately had to be euthanised in October 2024 and the team were magnificent during that very sad time but particularly Maddy, who over the prior months had gained so much trust from Harry who suffered severe anxiety when attending appointments. Up to the end, Maddy was with us. Most recently (4th November 2025), Nicola performed not only dental cleaning on Bea's teeth/gums but undertook a deeply difficult extraction. The care and attention, let alone the professionalism shown has been outstanding, with clarity and heart-warming conversations at every stage. Bea is back again in a few weeks time for further extractions but I have the utmost and continued confidence in Nicola to carry this out. The bond the veterinary team have had with (both) my westies over time, has been second to none and for which I am grateful, even during difficult times.
