About

Orchard Vets is an independent practice in Glastonbury, Somerset, treating small animals, exotics and farm animals. Services include emergency care, laboratory diagnostics, nurse-led clinics, nutritional advice and a health plan. The practice holds both Rabbit Friendly Clinic and Cat Friendly Clinic accreditations.

Holding dual species-specific accreditations is relatively unusual and indicates that the practice has implemented tailored handling and environmental protocols for both cats and rabbits. Puppy socialisation classes and dedicated nurse clinics extend the service beyond standard consultations.

Really BAD, BAD, BAD , experience for us , NIGHTMARE, money graber I will say.... We have been with them only 3 or 4 months with our first pet until for something insignificant , something that all our friends said was something common nothing to worry , they insist to bring it in to be checked even after we told them that is perfectly happy and fine..., anyway just so they can grab from us about 80 pounds... Anyway the worst came after because after that we have decided to move straight away with other Vet and after a while , Orchard send us a bill of around 90 pounds saying because we moved to different Vet earlier... We didn't not agree with that and discussed the matter but they refused to understand.... , however after a while a lots of letters from them and from other money recovery company came to our house.... Anyway in the end they dragged us in COURT for that 90 pounds...asking 150 pounds including some other fees.... NIGHTMARE ...., really Unbelievable..., but sadly true...

After a bad experience with my vets I moved all my pets to orchard vets , I'm so pleased I did my cat had some teeth removed and the pre op , the operation itself and the post op care was amazing , I've always had a warm welcome from the reception team and the vets themselves If I was ever asked id highly recommend this practice

I am fairly new to Glastonbury and needed a vet so I went to Orchard Vets and was very happy with the decision. My older cat had cancer and Orchard Vets was able to provide very professional care. They did two appointments after the surgery for follow up care plus a couple of phone calls just to make sure things were okay. This was all included in the overall price of the surgery. Eventually my darling cat of 18 years had to be put down and Orchard Vets stepped in again and provided proper pain free end of life care.
