Superb! OrtonVets - absolutely top-class! All the team is exceptionally professional and has delivered expert care whenever I've needed it. George and Alex the vets are unfailingly fabulous! They really bent over backwards to help me shortly after Christmas. It was Saturday morning and my Russian blue cat was struggling with a difficult labour. George came in from home and performed a caesarean section, saving hers and the kittens lives! I've been with OrtonVets for over 5 years now and I'm definitely going to be staying with them! I'll never take my pets anywhere else!! Also, no matter the weather outside, this place it’s always perfectly clean! Best compliments to all the team!

Absolutely one in a million. The compassion and dedication they show to animals (and their owners) is truly special. So supportive, understanding, and caring—thank you for everything. I can’t recommend this vets enough. We would be lost without Orton vets! 🫶🏼

I chose this clinic because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I took my cat in today just for her vaccination. When I arrived, the vet asked if I had any concerns, and I mentioned that my cat has a cyst on her neck. At no point was I informed that this would be considered a full consultation. After a very quick appointment of about five minutes, I was surprised to be charged for a consultation without having been told beforehand. If I had known, I would have explained everything properly and made better use of the time. The issue is not the fee itself, but the lack of transparency. Clear communication is essential, especially when clients come in expecting only a vaccination. Unfortunately, I left feeling misled rather than supported. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future clients.
