She takes the time to really know each horse and owner personally, which makes such a difference. My horse had a “rattle” whilst being worked. Nadine was great in developing the investigation plans to identify the exact issue and find the best solution for its remedy. She not only managed the investigations in a cost effective way, avoiding doing work that she believes wouldn’t be beneficial. My horse was refereed to Leahurst where she managed the further investigations and planned treatment. She was in regular contact with Leahurst and kept me up to date at all times. Post treatment Nadine was in constant contact to ensure the horse was recovering as planned. You really wouldn’t want for better - she’s calm, considered, decisive and caring - one of the few people I would trust with my horse!
