Excellent service! This is the first time we have done this and would highly recommend. The process is smooth and easy to do and so much cheaper than doing this via our own local vets. The staff were lovely! The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The vet was too and went through the document with us and answered all our questions. We have used PassPets several times, and always impressed with their efficiency. They specialise in issue of Animal Health Certificates (unlike most local vets who don't want the hassle unless at extreme cost !) and PassPets have refined the procedure to a trouble free process for their clients. Their fees are highly competitive and certainly more so than local vets. We will continue to patronise PassPets for our 3 or 4 trips to France every year.

Not only are PassPets prices for AHC very reasonable. They go the extra mile to give outstanding customer service. When our dog was taken ill just before we were due to collect our AHC and we had to delay our trip to Europe by a week. They managed to rebook and fit us in even though they were full booked so we could reschedule our holiday. When we arrived early on the day the vet had us in almost immediately. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand so we could have a trouble free trip. In fact everyone I spoke to on the phone, at the reception and the vet himself were both professional, warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They will certainly be the only vets we will use for a AHC in the future.
