  I love this vets, so professional, always there to give advice, their care and expertise to try and save my pony was brilliant, even at 1am in the morning, so lovely and caring, thank you to all of you.

  I had to collect some medicine for my horse today which was going to be left in the locked box. I had no idea how to get in to the locked box as I had not been given the code, and there was no receptionist there to help me as she was ill. I was sorry to hear this but the practice should have had some cover. There was a receptionist there for the physiotherapy business that is run from the same premises, she was lovely and tried to help me. She could not open the locked box with the code she had, despite normally being able to, so I telephoned the vet's number and the person I spoke to gave me the code, but it was the same one and again, did not work. Then a car drove in and it was the person in charge, she opened the box and gave me the medication; I thought she would apologise as I had been there a long time and could not leave without the medication, but no, instead she was quite rude to me which I was very upset about. We have used vet's for many years and never been treated like this; such a shame that this practice have forgotten that they are in business due to their customers and should treat them with common courtesy at the very least. Thank you.

  Wonderful care, with skill, professionalism, up to date treatments, and pharmaceuticals. This practice has been looking after my horses for 15 years and have never let me down. They are caring and empathetic when difficult decisions have to be made.
