I was pleasantly surprised. I am the first time dog owner and I claim benefits. Unfortunately due circumstances I had to pay full for my dogs consultation. I should have been able to claim 20% with PDSA needless to say it's my fault I didn't. Although I find the vets expensive in general they were more than helpful, they gave me medication that had been donated. The environment was friendly and the vet was very helpful indeed. My dog was respected
