Took my perfectly healthy kitten to pet house vets for a pre op and also requested for a blood test as she was going to be spayed soon, the first blood test came back as an error so they retook it and the second 1 she called me in saying my cat has 0 platelets I was so upset but no compassion she carried on saying it could be leukaemia or a virus even said she could die asked me if I had insurance asked to see this I had to go outside while in a state of shock to find the policy was told it will cost between 4_5000 for tests. I went for a second opinion as advised by the breeder I had her from, the new vets told me her platelets were normal and that they had to be careful when doing her blood test as there was lots of bruising around her neck. I’m not happy I have emailed the manager and if I don’t get a promo response I will go further. Please check reviews before coming here, they are also very expensive compared to other vets

They are friendly and helpful, they can usually get you in on the same day, I got my pups vet checked and a few vaccinated... Cost me £60 for a check up and £62 for the check up with the 1st vaccine... Not bad

I’m really gutted to express myself through this media. I’d taken my dog daisy only 3 yrs old to the vet in Feb 25 for her booster, I’d express about my dog tooth with plaque showing, ask the vet at that time whether she needed a polish and scale, which HE had stated no. Taken her back in July only to be told yes her teeth need to be treated. I’d specified about daisy having scale and polish just for them to see if they can remove the plaque which they did previously last year. I’d received a phone call day before her operation to state if there are any tooth to be extracted then the treatment would cost more. I love my daisy so much that any dog lover would do what they need to do… but I don’t want to be taken for granted if it’s not necessary and it’s a way for business to strife. I did request for only polish and scale now they say there is a risk that she may have a tooth’s to be removed. Can I not make a decision myself whether or not to distract? I did call back to speak with management but of course she is on holiday. I will shop around somewhere else. Just like to express my thanks to Amy for looking after Daisy’s grooming.
