As you can imagine we were both very worried and upset but you put our minds at rest with your lovely calming environment. Our first visit, for a yearly booster with a nervous sprocker, was very reassuring. The reception staff were welcoming and the vet was friendly, warm and definitely an animal lover. They held our dog, soothed her and tried to bond with her, despite her nervous disposition. The vet listened and took onboard all the information we shared and was reassuring too. A great visit. Very happy to give 5 stars on day 1.

Our first time at Phoenix Vets as we have just moved to Kegworth, not far from Loughborough. Our rehomed 9 month old kitten was well looked after for his first vaccination and microchip. All the staff were welcoming and friendly towards us and the our fur baby kitten, Mango was given a couple of treats! We were given lots of advice and signed up to their family health plan which we think is very good value. Poor Mango is being neutered next week but we are sure they’ll take brilliant care of him. A big thanks to all the vets and staff for making our first visit welcoming.
