5 months agoAbsolutely amazing group of people. Everyone from the vets, to the nurses and the reception staff are so lovely and you can tell everyone loves what they do! They treat my dogs with such kindness and gentleness, even though my little terrier can be a typical cheeky chappy. Both of my dogs are quite nervous being rescues, and they always take their name with them and build trust with them. The vets will always keep me updated in their care, talking through blood results in a way I understand. Thank you for looking after my boys Socks and Noah

9 months agoVet Ian spent time talking through our options after a very thorough examination of our dog. Appt ran to time. Always a first class service from PoolHouse and definitely recommend their Health Plan.
