Both were very understanding, listened and developed a treatment plan to support. Really looking forward to working closely with the team on my other spaniels. Thanks guys!

We had a home visit for our elderly Labrador and both Luca and Natalie were friendly, knowledgable and compassionate and left us feeling that we were in safe and caring hands.
