  Best vet I've ever been to. Richard and the team are always very professional, caring and knowledgeable. This is the first independent veterinary practice I've been to and it makes such a difference not feeling like they do it just for the money. Really couldn't recommend enough

  Unfortunately my dog passed away last Friday very unexpectedly and I didn't know what to do. I had previously registered my dog here as it is literally 1 minute from home but always use Cavans in Bushbury as their care and kindness is second to none. As I said this vets is very close to where I live and as we were all distraught with the shock we came here. Never have I let a receptionist with such a lack of empathy or care. Considering 2 people had come in with tears running down their faces she couldn't have cared less. Was told to sit down as she had more important calls to answer. Sat there in shock and didn't want to leave my poor dog with someone like that. We walked out and went to Cavans where we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Surely this is part of a vets practice?? Made a horrific situation even worse. Shame on her
