I can’t recommend the team at Riverside Equine enough. Charlotte is always super helpful and kind on the phone, and all of the vets are very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My mare has been extremely difficult to deal with and suffered some injuries which would mean she most likely would not be a ridden horse, however Gemma persevered and has got her sound and comfortable which I thought would never be possible. I am also a part of their new equine plan, which has been a lifesaver in taking away the financial stress of calling the vets out for an assessment and has meant that she has the best care at all times. I have never felt overcharged for treatments and found that all recommendations are made with the horses welfare a priority and not for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my horses care.
