This is the first time using this place we got two rescue cats last year and they were due their vaccinations. The people on the reception were extremely friendly as was the vet that checked over the cats and gave their injections. The cats were treated gently and with care. Thanks

Fantastic vets, very kind & the best care. No hard sells just care of the animals, and owners. One of the few genuine independent vets left & worth travelling to use them for their care.

I had been with this vets practice for many years and always found them great, I even stayed with them when they closed the Baldock practice, which meant travelling a lot further for me. Recently my dog had to have surgery, the vet gave me an estimate price, when I went to pay my bill the price was double the amount of what the estimate was. When I spoke to the receptionist about this I was told the vet had given me the wrong estimate. I have tried talking to the previous manager and the new current manager about this but they did not and are still not replying to my emails. I feel in recent months this vets practice has really gone down hill in regards to professionalism of management. The receptionists are all so lovely, and David is also a great vet but unfortunately the practice Is let down by poor management. I honestly would not recommend this place now.
