We came for the open day, and parking was very well organised, and didn't have to queue to enter. Was lovely to see some of the great work that they do there and the seals and animals look very happy. A suggestion for the next open day, have AM and PM tickets, there were far too many people who stood around, and couldn't get anywhere near the pools to hear any of the talks. Would be great to do a full educational day rather than the all the stalls though

I've been here twice in the last month and unfortunately it's been to take a hedgehog and a pigeon because they weren't well. The great thing about this place is they're always available to take injured wildlife. I've been to their visitors centre and it's really informative and it's good to see the animals getting better. They are amazing at what they do and each and every person has my sincere gratitude for their care of our wildlife.

Lovely little shop will all sorts of bits from private sellers. Love the fact you can get a drink and watch the seals from the shop as well. If we have had to take any animals or birds to the centre all the staff and been helpful and friendly.
