I would have normally given this practice a 5* as I have been with them for nearly 12 years. I have given it a 1* now purely because of the receptionist. I have now been told I can no longer attend the practice with my pet due to circumstances with the newest receptionist, which I will not go into.
Therefore, I would like to thank the vet Hannah for the love, care, and kindness she bestowed on my pet she will miss you greatly as I will. You put her at ease from the very first time she had a problem, and I will be eternally grateful to you.
Update...
I am so glad that I no longer go to this vet. The new vet I have enrolled in my dog is a lovely, comfortable, well organised vet. Since being with them, I have had no issues with payments going through my insurance like I did with the receptionist at severn Edge, who constantly said I owed them money when I had paid.
